Our teams have completed innumerable topographical surveys in various environments, ranging from an extensive 720km route corridor to individual residential plots. We are committed to acquiring and delivering quality data of natural and built features, meeting TSA, RICS, Highways England / Welsh Government and EA specifications, through the optimum application of robotic total stations, GNSS (GPS) sensors, terrestrial laser scanners, mobile mapping systems and aerial drones.

We operate nationwide and have completed projects in eastern and western Europe, north & west Africa and the Arabian Gulf.

Invariably using laser scan to CAD/BIM techniques to maximise efficiency and minimise site times and disruption, data is delivered as simple 2D line Autocad drawings, 3D point clouds or complex Revit BIM models. Inaccessible areas are measured and inspected using our aerial drone high resolution point clouds and imagery gathered by our CAA certified pilots or by our pneumatic instrument platform.

For landlords and developers accurate floor areas are quantified to RICS: GEA, GIA, NIA, and IPMS: 1,2,3,4 definitions.

Utilities Mapping

Using electro-magnetic location, ground penetrating radar and pulse wave techniques we identify and map gas, water, telecommunications, electricity and drainage routes to PAS128 standard and present results in 2D or 3D on a topographical survey base.  We work closely with our CCTV drainage condition contractors to offer a comprehensive service.

Additionally, we also scan concrete building structures to detect rebar, cables and voids for renovation projects.

We provide periodic structural movement monitoring surveys for buildings, bridges, retaining walls and landforms.

Laser scanning is utilised to produce 3D models of civil engineering structures and petrochemical plants. Terrestrial and aerial survey techniques are employed to quantify stockpiles and earthworks.

Through our strategic partners we provide geotechnical and geoenvironmental services.
